UK Shipping

All orders are sent with Royal mail 1st Class and we aim get your orders shipped out within 1-2 working days of being purchased. Delivery times may vary due to bank holidays and weekends. We will always notify our customers of any delays on our side!

International Shipping

We can ship most of our products worldwide! All of our worldwide shipping is done using Royal Mail's International Tracked service. We aim get your orders shipped out within 1-2 working days of being purchased.

Returns

We aim to make all of our products the highest quality we can, but understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your purchase. Please note that we mostly use a lot of raw materials to allow for our rustic natural finish. However, please be aware this does mean some natural imperfections cannot be avoided.

As we are a small business and our products are handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for our products, but are happy to exchange items as long as they are returned to us unused and in the same condition that it was posted out within 30 days returns policy’s. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any postage costs upon returning any items.
